What’s Included
All room rates include accommodation in your chosen room, complimentary WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities, and access to guest amenities. Check in is from 3:00pm until 10:00pm and check out is by 10:00am.
Payment
A valid debit or credit card is required to secure your reservation. Payment will be taken in advance.
Booking
Bookings can only be made by guests aged 18 years or over. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout their stay. Rooms can be booked for single or double occupancy.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome in the bar and outdoor areas. Dogs are not permitted in guest rooms or the restaurant. Please ensure dogs are kept under control at all times and are not left unattended on the premises.
Complaints or Questions
We want every guest to enjoy their stay. If you experience any issues during your visit, please let a member of the team know as soon as possible so we can resolve them promptly. Any questions before your stay can be directed to our team by phone or email.
Smoking
Shore is a non smoking and non vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises; however, a designated outdoor smoking area is available for guests. Additional cleaning charges will apply if this policy is breached.
Damage & Breakages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings, fixtures, or hotel property during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for repairs, replacement, or additional cleaning where necessary.
Insurance
We recommend that guests arrange suitable travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as illness, travel disruption, cancellations, or severe weather conditions that may affect travel plans.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before 3:00pm on the day of arrival can be made free of charge. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be charged at full rate.
Shore cannot accept responsibility for circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, transport disruption, or other force majeure events that may prevent guests from travelling.
